All of  our products are custom-made to order based on your specifications. Production begins immediately upon order confirmation; therefore, all orders are non-refundable.

• Any inaccuracies in measurements provided by the customer are not considered a production error.

• Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order. We cannot be held responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses.
